Privacy Protection

VIP Privacy Policy (No Uploads) – ₹8,500. Ensures your baby’s photos remain private.
🌳Outdoor Session Details: (Outdoor sessions are only available in winter.)

Outdoor session cost ₹6,500 extra, added to your package price.This replaces the studio session—only outdoor will be provided, not both.

Props and setups will be minimal, as the focus will be on the surroundings and natural light.

The session will take place in a public garden, but if you prefer a private property, any rental charges will be extra.
📸 Editing & Delivery
⏳ Editing Time: Once favorite images are selected, editing will take 20-25 days. Urgent editing is available for an additional charge.

Prints: Standard designs, prints, and packaging are provided as per the chosen package. Custom designs or modifications are not available.

Delivery Details: Final deliverables will be sent to the address mentioned in the agreement at no extra charge (one-time delivery).
📂 Photograph Format
📷 High-Resolution Photographs will be provided in two folders:

Print Format Files (300 dpi, No Logo): Best for printing.

JPEG Files with Logo: Suitable for online sharing.
In-Session Photographs:

Low-resolution JPEG photos with a watermark will be emailed within two days after the session for selection.

Selected images must be finalized within 3 days as per the package terms.
Logo Policy

The logo/watermark placement is fixed and cannot be altered as per client preference.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
Rescheduling:
-
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no extra charge. The deposit will be applied to the new date.

If rescheduling is requested within 24 hours of the session, a ₹3,000 fee will apply.
🚫 Cancellation:

In case of cancellation, the deposit remains non-refundable.
