Maternity Photoshoot FAQs

1. When is the best time for a maternity session?

The ideal time is between 8 month of pregnancy. At this stage, the baby bump is well-defined, and most moms-to-be still feel comfortable.

2. Can my partner and children join the session?

Yes! Your spouse and children are welcome to be part of the session. However, extended family members or friends are not permitted.

3. What should I wear for my maternity shoot?

You can choose from the maternity gowns or wear something of your own that you feel comfortable in. Solid colors, flowy dresses, and fitted outfits that highlight your bump work best.

4. Do you provide makeup and hairstyling?

Makeup and hairstyling are not included but can be added for an additional charge. Please check the add-on section for details. You’re also welcome to get ready at home.

5. Can I bring props for my session?

Yes, you may bring small personal items such as baby shoes, ultrasound pictures, or accessories that are meaningful to you.

Newborn (5-60 days) Photoshoot FAQs

1. When should I book a newborn session?

Newborn sessions should be booked before your due date. The best time for the actual photoshoot is when the baby is 5-15 days old for sleepy, curled-up poses.

2. Where will the newborn session take place?

All newborn sessions are conducted at our studio in Paldi. We do not offer home sessions.

3. Can parents and siblings be included in the newborn session?

Yes, parents and siblings can be included in a few shots. However, extended family members are not allowed.

4. Do you provide props and outfits for the baby?

Yes, all necessary wraps, props, and outfits are provided. You do not need to bring anything unless there is a special item you’d like included.

5. What if my baby is older than 15 days?

If your baby is older than 15 days, we can still capture beautiful moments, but they may not be as curled up or sleepy as newborns. The session will be adjusted to the baby’s comfort.

Infant Photoshoot (2-5 Months) FAQs

1. How is this different from a newborn session?

At this stage, babies are more alert and starting to interact with their environment. Unlike newborn sessions, these photos focus on expressions, eye contact, and natural moments.

2. Can my baby be wrapped for the session?

Wrapping is generally not possible for babies older than three months.

3. What kind of poses and setups are used?

We capture simple and natural moments based on the baby’s comfort. Newborn-style posing is not suitable for this age.

4. Do I need to bring anything for the session?

No, we provide all necessary props and setups. However, you may bring a special toy or blanket if you’d like to include a personal touch.

5. What is the best time to schedule the session?

Sessions are best scheduled at 11:30 AM when babies are usually more relaxed and cooperative.

Milestone (6-12 months) Photoshoot FAQs

1. What age is best for a milestone session?

Milestone sessions are ideal for babies at key developmental stages:

6-9 months – Sitting independently and playful moments
10-12 months – First birthday celebration or cake smash

2. Do you offer cake smash sessions?

Yes! Cake smash sessions are perfect for first birthdays. You can bring a cake, or we can arrange one for an additional charge.

3. Can I choose themes or setups for my baby’s milestone session?

Yes, after booking, we will send you a setup selection link to choose from available themes.

4. Can parents or siblings join milestone sessions?

Yes, baby's parents can join. Please refer to the add-ons for additional charges.

Common FAQs

1. Where are your sessions held?

All sessions take place at our studio in Paldi. We do not offer home sessions or travel for shoots.
Booking Information

2. How do I book a session?

A 50% non-refundable deposit (online) and a digitally signed agreement are required to confirm your booking.

The remaining balance of the session fee is due on the day of the session (cash oe online).

3. Who Can Attend the Session?

Both parents (baby’s mother and father or expecting couple).
If the father is unavailable, one (1) additional adult may accompany (mother, mother-in-law, or nanny).
🚫 Friends, extended family members, and other children are not allowed. Unapproved guests may lead to session cancellation or necessary actions.

4. Can I bring a friend, extended family member, or other children?

No. Unapproved guests will lead to session cancellation or necessary steps being taken.

5. What should accompanying adults keep in mind during the session?

Avoid directing the baby, interrupting poses, or distracting the photographer.
Follow the studio guidelines to maintain a calm and safe environment.⚠️ Important: If you have a genuine need for someone additional to be present, please discuss in advance. We’re happy to accommodate where possible.

6. Can I reschedule my session?

Rescheduling is free if done at least 24 hours in advance.
A ₹3,000 rescheduling fee (for a full session), ₹5000 for a mini session applies if changes are made within 24 hours or on the day of the session.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

Deposits: Bank transfer or UPI.
Remaining balance: Online payment or cash.
Checks are not accepted.

8. Do you provide outfits for parents?

For maternity sessions, we provide a selection of gowns. For other sessions, we recommend wearing your own outfits.

9. What if my baby is unwell on the session day?

If your baby is unwell, we recommend rescheduling for another date. Please inform us as soon as possible.
