  • Final Images – Delivered within 10 days of your selection date.

 Family Add-Ons

​

Complete Family Story  – ₹2,500 (for time and effort)

(Includes baby’s parents for baby session/partner or first child(if any), for maternity session)

  • Parents: Arrange their own outfit (1 Outfit) and arrive session-ready with hair and makeup done at home.

  • Real siblings (brother or sister) can be included with parents. /Cousins or nephews, friends are not considered siblings. 

  • The client must arrange the sibling's outfit.

 

 

🎂 Big One Bash:

For the Cake Smash session, a cake can be added to any package. An extra charge applies based on the design and size of the cake.

 

Additional Photos & Edits

  • Extra Edited High-Res Photos(soft copy) – ₹500 each / Bundle of 10 for ₹4,000.

  • Unedited High-Res Photos (Full Gallery) – ₹8,500

  • Urgent Editing – ₹1,500 per photo (24-hour delivery)

 

Privacy Protection

  • VIP Privacy Policy (No Uploads) – ₹8,500. Ensures your baby’s photos remain private.

 

🌳Outdoor Session Details for milestone (6-12 months baby):

  • Outdoor session cost ₹6,500 extra (time and efforts), added to your package price. This replaces the studio session—only outdoor will be provided, not both.

  • Props and setups will be minimal, as the focus will be on the surroundings and natural light.

  • The session will take place in a public garden (law - garden).

Editing & Delivery

 

Editing Time: Once favorite images are selected, editing will take 20-25 days. Urgent editing is available for an additional charge.

  • Prints: Standard designs, prints, and packaging are provided as per the chosen package. Custom designs or modifications are not available.

  • Delivery Details: Final deliverables will be sent to the address mentioned in the agreement at no extra charge (one-time delivery).

📂 Photograph Format

 

High-Resolution Photographs will be provided in two folders:

  • Print Format Files (300 dpi, No Logo): Best for printing.

  • JPEG Files with Logo: Suitable for online sharing.

 

In-Session Photographs:

  • Low-resolution JPEG photos with a watermark will be emailed within two days after the session for selection.

  • Selected images must be finalized within 3 days as per the package terms.

Logo Policy

  •  The logo/watermark placement is fixed and cannot be altered as per client preference.

📅 Rescheduling & Cancellation

 

 Rescheduling:

  • Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no extra charge. The deposit will be applied to the new date.

  • If rescheduling is requested within 24 hours of the session, a ₹5,000 fee will apply.

🚫 Cancellation:

  • In case of cancellation, the deposit remains non-refundable.
