Best age for a Newborn Photoshoot:

 

  • The best time for a newborn photoshoot is between 5 to 15 days old. During this period, babies are usually more relaxed, sleepy, and flexible, allowing for a wider range of poses. While each baby is different, this is the ideal window to capture those precious early moments. After 15 days, some posing options may be limited.

  • Our packages remain valid for babies up to 60 days old.

When to Book:

 

  • It's highly recommended to book early, ideally during the last two weeks of pregnancy, to secure a spot based on your due date. Once the baby arrives, kindly notify us within 48 hours to confirm the session date.

  • If you haven't booked during pregnancy, there's still time! Sessions can be scheduled for babies between 5 to 60 days old.

  • Please confirm your session date at least 10-15 days in advance. Planning ahead helps ensure the best experience in capturing those precious early moments beautifully.

Best Time for the Session Recommended Timing:

 

  • 11:30 AM is ideal, as newborns are usually sleepiest and most settled in the morning.

  • Punctuality Matters: Arriving on time helps keep the session smooth and relaxed.Breaks Are Included: Time for feeding and changing is always accommodated.

 

Newborn Posing Approach:

 

  • Safety First:Every pose is done with care, keeping the baby’s comfort as the priority. Natural and baby-led posing is followed.Parent Involvement: For poses requiring head or neck support, gentle assistance from parents may be needed.

 

Props & Setups What to Bring?

 

  • Everything needed for the session is provided, so there’s no need to bring anything.

 

Minimal Props:

 

  • Minimal props are used to maintain a natural style, with adjustments made based on the baby’s mood.

 

Custom Requests:

 

  • After booking, detailed setup options and a questionnaire will be shared. Last-minute requests on the session day cannot be accommodated.

 

Session Details:

​

  • All sessions are conducted at our studio in Paldi. Home sessions are not available.

  • Only parents are allowed in the studio. If the father is unavailable, one additional family member may assist with prior permission.

 

Rescheduling Policy:

 

  • No Extra Charge: Rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice is free of charge.

  • Last-Minute Changes: A fee of ₹3000 applies if rescheduling is requested within 24 hours of the session or during the session.

Payment Terms:

​

  • Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required to reserve your session date. This deposit is non-refundable.

  • Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of the session fee is due on the day of the session.

  • Payment Methods: A deposit is required via bank transfer or UPI. The remaining balance can be paid either online or in cash.

  • Please note that checks are not accepted.
